Refund and Cancellation Policy

Roomie Kit Cloud is billed monthly at $19 per month. Roomie Kit Hosted beta is billed monthly at $99 per month. There is no setup fee for either plan.

You can cancel anytime before the next billing period from the account portal or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund a partially used billing period.

Refunds for partially used billing periods are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case, unless required by law. If you believe there was a billing mistake, contact support as soon as possible.

Canceling Roomie Kit Cloud does not delete your public Roomie Kit codebase or customer-owned Vercel, Supabase, Agora, or domain accounts. Canceling Hosted beta stops future renewals and may disable hosted app actions, updates, and support after the current period.
