Terms of Service

Roomie Kit includes a free MIT-licensed open-source starter and optional paid services. The open-source software is provided under its repository license. Roomie Kit Cloud is a paid service for deployment tooling, hosted starter assets, health checks, guided updates, plugins, and support. Roomie Kit Hosted is a beta managed-hosting service for teams that want Roomie to operate the app infrastructure.

Roomie Kit Cloud costs $19 per month with no setup fee. Roomie Kit Hosted beta costs $99 per month and includes reasonable beta usage limits. Customer-owned Vercel, Supabase, Agora, domain, and other third-party provider costs are separate unless a Hosted agreement says otherwise.

You may cancel paid Roomie Kit services before the next billing period through the account portal or by contacting support. Access to cloud CLI entitlements, hosted app actions, hosted metadata, and support may end when the subscription is canceled or becomes inactive.

Roomie Kit does not guarantee uninterrupted third-party infrastructure availability. Customer-owned cloud accounts, credentials, deployment targets, and production data remain the responsibility of the customer. For Hosted beta apps, Roomie is responsible for the Roomie-owned provisioning and operations layer described in the plan.
